Date Night

Zeke's bone marrow on Monday is quickly approaching in the slowest way possible...if that even makes sense to anyone else.  To say I have been a bit of a nervous wreck this past week is an understatement.  I have so many things going on in my mind...I can't sleep because I'm worried about my baby.  We could either get really good news or news that will change our lives for a bit while we battle it out.  I'm praying and hoping for the good news.  I am blown away by all of the prayers for Zeke.  I hear of people on a daily basis telling me of other people, people who don't know me or Zeke, who are praying for my precious boy.  That makes my heart so incredibly happy.  I love him so much and I wish for all of this stuff to be over with so he can enjoy life.

I put Zeke on a behavior plan at school...yes, I know, such a teacher thing to do!  This is the first week since he has been on it that he has gotten all 5 days of smiley faces!!  I am so proud of him.  If he gets all 5 then he gets to go to Target to get a new toy.  Since Kofi picked him up from school on Friday, he took him for his toy.  Zeke said they all got a new ball and a dance party game(??) and they all had a dance party when they got to his daddy's house.  He was very proud.

Behavior chart with all 5 smiley faces!!

I wanted to do something special for him too, so tonight we had a date night at Incredible Pizza.  We had a really good time.

"Yee Haw Cowboy"

He especially enjoyed bowling

Blaker joined us...he loves his Blaker!

...and they were allowed to blow bubbles in their pop...just this once!

Once again thank you all very much for your continued prayers for my little man.  Monday morning is just around the corner.  I will post an update Monday after everything is done and we are home.  It could be the end of next week before we know any of the results.
